Our client, a Design Agency, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Character Illustrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a remote ongoing freelance basis, that could start as soon as next week.

Responsibilities:

• Create original character art for a popular YouTube series, incorporating the unique style and essence of the characters. • Develop mood boards and style guides to ensure consistency and cohesiveness in the visual representation of the characters. • Collaborate closely with our creative team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality artwork within specified deadlines. • Apply your expertise in illustrating, bringing life and personality to each character through your artistic skills. • Experience across video games, animated series/movies, entertainment and YouTube content is preferred.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Character Illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create captivating character designs. • Proficiency in digital illustration software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. • Solid understanding of different art styles and techniques related to character creation. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
