HUBBARD, an Alltech company, provides a full range of innovative, research-based animal feed and nutrition products. Our customers include meat, milk and egg producers as well as those with specialty and companion animals. Our goal is to provide customers with products and solutions that will improve their profitability and competitive advantage, while reducing risk and simplifying their lives. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Huron, SD location.

The CSR position provides critical customer contact and customer retention. Primary duties include answering the phone; interact and assist customers with placing orders; input orders into database; coordinate deliveries and shipments; maintain price lists for customers, generate & distribute weekly; communicate with corporate pricing, formulation and address any customer needs along with any plant requirements; all other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will possess excellent customer service, phone and communication skills, along with good computer and basic math skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with two years' experience in a customer service-related field. Previous experience in an Ag related industry is beneficial.
