If you are a Process Engineer , ( AKA - Manufacturing Enginee r, Industrial Engineer , CI/Continuous Improvement Engineer , etc.) with hands-on, industrial setting experience, helping to put in place process improvements, and continuous improvements to help improve efficiency, safe time, save costs and ensure quality and deliverability, we have a role located in the Winter Haven, FL area, for those with a year or two of experience.
We are currently seeking a manufacturing professional for an open Process Engineering role, where you will work amongst existing teams, to help evaluate, create, implement and then Re-evaluate various manufacturing processes taking place at our manufacturing facility, by taking constant measurements and inspections, reading real-time and long collected data, and collaborating with other team leaders to help to create new systems and processes.
The goal is to maintain or improve quality, while controlling or even reducing costs, and helping to optimize efficiency throughout the organization through the analysis of data gathered, and the implementation of process changes, from beginning to end. Desired/Required Experience and Skills: The ideal experience profile would be a candidate with a bit of 'real-world', hands-on manufacturing site/plant level experience in a similar role, along with a Bachelors degree in an applicable field of study ( Engineering would be preferred, but we are open). Those with a background working in an industrial setting, on the floor and behind the scenes, and working collaboratively with operators, operations, Quality and logistics/material handling teams, would be ideally experienced for the role. Those with any formal continuous Improvement/Process improvement training or certifications will be given priority consideration. Those with direct, hands on experience with product quality assurance, quality control, and/or quality inspection methods and techniques are desired. Given the amount of interdisciplinary team communication, this person must be able to speak clearly, effectively and needs to have strong documentation and follow through skills. Strong Problem solving, Mathematics, deductive reasoning and troubleshooting skills will THRIVE in this role!
