Job Description & Responsibilities:


We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer with a strong focus on accessibility and a proven track record in developing WCAG 2.2 AA compliant applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, and/or building Lightning Web Components working on Salesforce Experience Cloud/Lightning Web Runtime projects. You will be responsible for ensuring our applications are not only visually appealing and user-friendly but also accessible to users of all abilities.

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications with a strong emphasis on accessibility and user experience.
• Implement and adhere to WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines to ensure all web applications are accessible.
• Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components to create dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional and accessible front-end code.
• Conduct accessibility audits and usability testing to identify and address accessibility issues.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Provide expertise and guidance on accessibility standards and best practices to the development team.
• Work on Salesforce Experience Cloud projects, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced user experiences.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a focus on accessibility and responsive design.
• In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines and best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web Components/Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with accessibility tools and technologies such as screen readers, ARIA, and keyboard navigation.
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on Salesforce Experience Cloud projects.
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
