JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will be involved in the daily tasks of the office
• Data entry and Answer phone
• File and retain documents
• Maintain clean and neat workspace
• Will provide excellent customer service displaying a positive and professional attitude

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school education or equivalent
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, prolonged periods of using a telephone, bending, kneeling, lift storage boxes
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting
• Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
• Computer skills are a must;
• Previous experience with data entry using Microsoft Word & Excel is preferred
• Previous experience with office equipment such as copier, fax machine, etc.
