Job Description

We are looking for an organized, full-time listing coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings and social media postings. In addition, you’ll coordinate cleanings and showings for houses and keep track of the sales activity in the database. $25 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database
  • Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes
  • Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals
  • Schedule property inspections with customers and vendors to clean and prepare homes to sell fast
  • Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process
  • Coordinate with sellers to gather necessary information and documentation for new listings
  • Schedule and oversee professional photography, videography, and staging of properties
  • Prepare and review property descriptions, ensuring accuracy and appeal
  • Create and manage listings on MLS and other real estate platforms
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for each listing, including digital and print advertising, and social media campaigns
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures and virtual tours
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all listings and related transactions
  • Handle inquiries from potential buyers and agents, providing detailed information about properties
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Qualifications:
  • Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred
  • Easily navigates basic computer programs and can create clear spreadsheets using Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred
  • Has real estate license or is willing to pursue one
  • Proven experience in real estate listing management, administrative assistant, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and high-end properties
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in real estate listing platforms (e.g., MLS) and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Real estate license preferred but not required
