Adecco is hiring immediately for Machine Operators at a local client in Swanton, VT. Machine Operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with rates starting at 17.00-24.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of a variety of grinding machines and manually operated equipment to produce accurate, close tolerance pin gages.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma/GED

· 1-2 years’ related experience

· Mechanically inclined, preferred

· Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical functions in the areas of fractions, decimals, metrics, conversions, as well as working knowledge of basic geometry and trigonometry

· Ability to perform basic computer skills and the ability to operate in a Windows and non-Windows format

· Effective written and/or oral communication skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organization

· Quality oriented with attention to details
