We seek a Manager, Global Supply Chain Analytics to join our Digital Transformation team in Fort Worth, TX. This dedicated individual will partner with S&OP, MTO, and Finance teams to delve out business needs and use those to lead our operational analytics and reporting team to success. By using data to provide descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive capabilities we will build creative digital solutions to deploy industry-leading statistical models, tools, and systems that enhance and advance Alcon business processes and decision-making.

In this role, a typical day will include:

* Lead discussions on analytics capabilities and collaborate with the Planning Excellence team to identify potential new critical metrics and data extraction/transformation needs.

* Identify industry-wide practices and metrics as well as Alcon unique requirements by collaborating with global, regional, and market S&OP teams to develop and deploy Tableau dashboards.

* Assist with the rollout of agile methodologies and implementation of Jira for Alcon Analytics team.

* Demonstrate team leadership and have responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and directly supervising junior associates.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.; Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.; PhD+0 yrs.)

* The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

* 5 Years of Relevant Experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

* Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, or Statistics preferred.

* Experience with data visualization/analytical tools like Python, R, Amazon Web Services (AWS), SAP, Alteryx, and Tableau required.

* Ability to coordinate and work with multiple business units

* Supply chain experience preferred, specifically within the healthcare industry
