Our client, a rapidly expanding manufacturing company, is currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter. This position is primarily focused on executing full cycle recruiting tasks geared towards attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. Our ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about people, has a strong ability to build relationships, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles within the manufacturing industry.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand role requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
  • Source and attract top-talent candidates using various techniques including social media, job boards, referrals, etc.
  • Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Negotiate job offers within company guidelines.
  • Continually improve the overall recruiting process, suggesting refinements aimed at enhancing efficiency and successful hire rates.
  • Aim for high levels of candidate satisfaction by providing clear communication and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process.

  • Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
  • 2+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of best recruiting practices, including use of job boards and social media platforms.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
