Job Title: Quality Manager/Quality Management Specialist
Location: York, PA
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 Base Salary + PTO + Comprehensive Benefits + Discretionary Bonus
Position Overview: The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control and quality assurance processes within the company. They will ensure that all products and services meet the required standards and comply with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, including experience with ISO standards and continuous improvement methodologies.Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system that aligns with company objectives and meets relevant industry standards
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control processes and identify areas for improvement
- Train and educate employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions- Monitor and track key quality metrics and present reports to senior management
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices
Qualifications:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, ISO standards, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with internal auditing and conducting supplier audits
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
