Overnight shift
Compensation for the overnight teleradiology is base + productivity model.
7 on 14 off, 10-hour schedule
Base shift rate is $3200 and any RVUs over an average of 80 RVUs is paid out at $32/RVU. Productivity is paid out monthly and there is no cap on productivity bonus.
There is also a $100k signing bonus for the overnight shift.
