Looking for a skilled professional to lead a call center team within the real estate sector. Seeking an energetic and creative individual to take advantage of this outstanding opportunity. Responsibilities include overseeing and providing direction to internal sales representatives. This full-time position is located in our Fresno, CA office. * Key duties include the management of inbound calls from clients nationwide and worldwide.

$50,000 - $80,000 yearly

• Lead and supervise a team of Real Estate ISAs in Fresno, CA, US, ensuring efficient communication, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Recruit and onboard qualified ISAs based on their sales expertise and credentials.
• Create and execute training programs focused on improving call quality, script handling, and objection management for ISAs.
• Utilize dialers and relevant applications to support call operations and enhance scripts.
• Monitor call quality, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for enhancement.
• Provide personalized feedback and address concerns of ISAs through regular interactions.
• Share insights and updates during management meetings.

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience leading a team within a Real Estate Call Center environment, with a specific focus on mentorship roles.
• Extensive understanding of real estate markets and a track record of effectively engaging potential buyers are fundamental requirements for this role.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in phone sales, are essential to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
• A positive, target-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to motivate team members, is key to excelling in this position.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for innovative thinking are crucial qualifications.
• Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, and various management systems is necessary.
• Demonstrated capacity to promptly address issues in a fast-paced work setting is a vital attribute.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Spanish is beneficial for this specific position.
