We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish ensuring that all documents are executed and error-free.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
  • Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
  • Prepare and process all listing paperwork, including but not limited to listing agreements, disclosures, and MLS entries.
  • Produce and manage MLS listings so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied.
  • Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold.
  • Coordinate and schedule property photoshoots, staging, and other pre-listing activities.
  • Ensure all property listings are accurate and up-to-date with the latest information and photos.
  • Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or delays in the transaction process.
  • Implement and maintain best practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Stay current with real estate industry trends, laws, and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit all required compliance documentation to the broker for review and approval.
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
  • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing
