What You'll Be Doing
You will be a Change Maker! As a Recruiter, you hold the power to change lives. Take ownership of the recruitment process, collaborate with management on strategic initiatives, and be the catalyst that connects people with opportunities daily. Revel in the knowledge that you're supported by a dedicated team. Your creative sourcing efforts will build a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring we meet client needs. About You

  • Proficient in communication and adept at building connections with people.
  • A creative problem solver who can think outside the box.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and meet client requirements.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour

Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
