RESPONSIBILITIES | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Special Education Teachers create and follow individualized education plans for our amazing students with special needs.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and assess student progress, adjusting your approach as needed to keep them on track.
- Collaborative Environment: Special Education Teachers work with support staff, including paraprofessionals and parents, to build a supportive and welcoming learning environment.
- Student Advocacy: Advocate for our students with disabilities, ensuring compliance with all necessary laws and regulations.
- Welcoming Classroom: Special Education Teachers foster a positive classroom where every student feels engaged and can succeed.
