Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Job Description & Requirementsnull Submission Requirements: Can only submit to 1 position at a time across the entire WVU system Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility Previous perm candidates must be gone for 2 years Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years Individual unit requirements listed in pulse apply. Travel teams must be submitted together in 1 email We are only permitted to submit 2 candidates per opening, if the position is at max, we will hold on to the submission if a spot opens up "2 W is what I like to call a "day surgery center" inside the hospital. Our room sizes are smaller so that dictates the type of cases we do. I run 2 ENT rooms daily, 2 Ophthalmology rooms daily, Ortho (sports medicine, shoulder/knee/hip revisions, podiatry and hands), GYN (laparoscopic, open) and Urology. No robotics cases are down here. I do very little plastic cases (1 Friday a month) and very little general cases due to the space. These cases are fast paced, and the turnover is quick. " **Scrubs provided for OR 10 OR suites on 2 West outpatient cases are done on 2W. If someone has strong ambulatory experience they could target them on 2W Average between 80-120 cases/day "Level I Trauma Center - 24/7 Poly Trauma response ALL SERVICE LINES: ORTHO: Major Ortho, joints, spines, sports med, trauma NEURO: Cranies & spines Bariatric Program ENT: head & neck free flaps & reconstruction, as well as basic ENT cases Ophthalmology: Retina, cataracts, & occuloplasty's
